About me

I am a multi-dimensional explorer—a movement, psyche, and sonic researcher passionate about fostering quantum thinking and deep self-awareness. Coming from a family of doctors and healers, I was drawn toward the subtle science of consciousness, leading me to professionally study Psychology and specialize in Behavioral Psychology. Over the years, I’ve combined my passion for movement, sound, and breathwork with certifications in yoga therapy, sound healing, and Ayurvedic practices to create a unique approach to personal growth and healing.

For over a decade, I’ve facilitated yoga therapy, sound healing, and meditation sessions, empowering individuals to connect with their authentic selves. My work is deeply rooted in combining yogic philosophy and Western movement science to address psycho-somatic ailments and encourage sustainable transformation.

More About Me

My journey began with a professional career in training and development, which I left to pursue full-time yoga therapy. My approach integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness therapy models, somatic experiencing, and yoga. I believe in tailoring therapy to honor individual processing styles, combining intellectual, physical, and subtle practices for deep transformation.

I encourage playfulness, curiosity, and creativity in my sessions, as I believe healing doesn't have to be serious. Instead, it can be an enriching journey of self-discovery, joy, and authenticity.

Voices of Impact

Geetanjali Sayal

“For someone who begun their journey into the practice of yoga at a time when everything was moving online for the first time, the transition with Anukarma was extremely humble and smooth. There are always apprehensions when it comes to online classes, but the attention to detail when it came to correcting certain postures and the introduction to the idea of ‘micro-movements’ was extremely helpful in strengthening the practice with like-minded practitioners. With these classes, I was able to pay attention to parts of my body and mind that had been ignored for the longest time or I didn’t know existed both in the tangible and intangible form. It has been a wonderful learning journey, and I invite anyone to join us who is looking to connect with themselves through yoga beyond just the physical practice.”

Teja Varma Pusapati

“Anukarma offers a safe, encouraging, and very exciting space to explore yoga. Priyanjali and Ria’s very detailed, minute instructions ensure that the practice stays rigorous as well as mindful—a combination that I find to be very rare in the virtual yoga world. They also respond with great care to student questions, including those sent in after class hours, which makes Anukarma hugely conducive to personal practice.”

2

Navjit Kaur

“Yoga with Priyanjali is taught with the recognition that each body is different and therefore requires different attention and movements. Priyanjali focuses on those micro-movements, with a sharp focus on recognizing what each person demands and how patiently it has to be taught. One definitely comes out of the yoga practice knowing their body better. I would highly recommend her classes for the sheer knowledge, patience, and devotion she brings to suit each and every person’s needs.”
