Frequently Asked Questions

No. A mother wound does not always come from an obviously difficult relationship. The immersion explores subtler patterns such as emotional absence, overprotection, criticism, parentification, volatility, competition and rejection.

No. The stories of Kunti, Karna, Arjuna and Krishna are used as frameworks within the sessions. You do not need prior knowledge of the Mahabharata, karma, mantra or spiritual practice.

No. The immersion explores how the mother wound can show up differently in sons and daughters. The work is relevant to anyone wanting to understand how maternal and inherited patterns may be influencing their life.

You can still participate. The practices focus on your internal experience, body, inherited patterns and relationship with the maternal lineage rather than requiring direct interaction with your mother.

No. Forgiveness in the immersion is explored as an inner practice, not as denial, justification or forced reconciliation. You are invited to work with the process at the level that feels appropriate for you.

Each live session is recorded and shared afterwards, so you can catch up in your own time and still follow the arc of the journey. Attending live is where the questions, practice and shared field come alive, so join in person whenever you can.

It runs as five live online sessions in English, with guided practice, reflection and space for questions in each one. All you need is a quiet place to sit and a stable connection.
