About Ankita
Ankita Gurjar is a yoga teacher and facilitator whose work explores the deeper dimensions of yoga through pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra. With a BSc and a Master's in Yogic Studies, she brings together classical teachings and an experiential approach that makes these practices accessible to contemporary life.
Over four years of teaching, she has worked across 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training and has also trained in conscious connected breathwork. Her work centres on helping people understand the breath more deeply, slow down and develop a steadier relationship with the body and mind.
