About Anusha
Anusha Suresh is an embodiment coach, trauma-informed facilitator and Tantra practitioner whose work brings together somatic practice, breathwork, intimacy work and spiritual inquiry. With a Master's in Life Sciences and a background in academia, she approaches embodiment through both lived experience and an understanding of the body and nervous system.
Over more than a decade, she has facilitated 650+ women's circles and worked with over 2,000 people through circles, immersions and group experiences. Her work focuses on emotional resilience, self-awareness and helping women build a more trusting relationship with their bodies.
