About Fafa
Fafa Fakeera is an intuitive guide whose work centres on death, grief, endings and deep self-enquiry. She creates spaces where what is usually avoided, such as loss, identity collapse, loneliness and emotional truth, can be met with compassion and presence, bringing self-enquiry together with trauma-informed approaches like shamanic psychodrama and art-based interventions.
Over more than 20 years of working with the emotional body, she developed Self-Deconstruction, a reflective framework for bringing unconscious patterns into awareness so that what no longer serves can be gently dismantled. She works with groups, communities and organisations. Her relationship with grief is also a lived one, deepened through the loss of her daughter Tara, whose words "Life is Epic" continue to guide her.
